This young man was present and witnessed the entire incident in Ferguson, MO, where a city police officer emptied his gun into an unarmed 18 year old in the middle of the street when no crime was suspected.

He has still not been interviewed by the police. Ferguson’s population is 67 percent black; the Ferguson Police are 94 percent white.

An 18-year-old kid, possibly accused of shoplifting, ran from the police in Ferguson, Missouri today. They shot him dead. He was going to begin college Monday.

UPDATE: After vandalism broke out last night, or “rioting” if you use the media terminology although it was property damage that occurred, and peaceful protests continue for the third day, the FBI has announced they will investigate the killing by Ferguson police.

A purported eyewitness says that while being arrested, Brown kicked open the door of a police car, hitting an officer in the leg, which was followed by an execution style slaying by Ferguson police.

The US Supreme Court ruled on United States v. Nixon. Nixon lost, the tapes that were the subject of the appeal were finally released by the House Judiciary Committee to the media on August 5th. Nixon announced his resignation August 8th as a direct result of what was on the disputed tapes, particularly the June 23, 1972 tape.

By the way, there was an 18 1/2 minute gap in that June 23, 1972 tape where it had been erased. Many historians believe that Nixon during that time period was discussing Mr. “Hidell” whose receipt for a Mannlicher-Carcano mail-order rifle is in the post below.
