An American terrorist has been caught after threatening to kill the President. I don’t think this type of terrorism should be tolerated, and that this self-described terrorist should be treated and prosecuted under terrorism charges.

A posting titled “Obama must die” appeared on a Craigslist site on March 21, the night Congress passed a health care overhaul bill. The posting said Miller was following through on a vow to become a terrorist if the federal health care bill was approved.

Miller was tracked down via his e-mail address. He was living with his mother.

Lock him up and throw away the key.

UPDATE: Obama fired some guy Wednesday, too. Even as this was happening, some people in the White House press office had their eye on the ball.

And finally: The U.S. soccer team provided some levity during a tense moment in the White House yesterday. As journalists waited for Obama to announce his McChrystal decision, the U.S. scored its game-winning goal against Algeria. A White House aide came on the intercom in the press room and began chanting “U-S-A! U-S-A!” as journalists whooped it up. The White House twitter feed also sent out the USA chant.
