Bush quick to blame, before finger is pointed at himself?

Bush blames Rumsfeld. Powell blames Rumsfeld and Pentagon. State Department blames Pentagon. Rumsfeld defends himself and Pentagon. Administration denies seeing reports by State Department and Coalition Provisional Authority . ICRC and UN sends requests for investigations months ago.

The mark of any decent Commander in Chief would be the take the blame in a SINGLE INCIDENCE of wrongdoing by ANY ONE soldier. This entire administration is acting like a kindergarten class pointing fingers for a messy room. Everyone of them is at fault and it is the President’s duty to step forward and take responsibility. Instead, he’s one of the first to point a finger.

Do we have anyone in power with a mental capacity greater than that of a five-year-old?
