Of Houston – it is now less than 72 hours before Hurricane Rita is scheduled to slam into his city – Ray Nagin of New Orleans has been bitterly criticized for not ordering a mandatory evacuation at least 72 hours before Katrina hit, because all of their studies indicated it would take 72 hours to evacuate the city. Houston of course is a larger city than New Orleans also. And guess who the Mayor of Houston is? Bill White, a crony of James Bath of Arbusto and Bin Laden partnership fame.
