Smear Against Fitzgerald Begins

Many of you have heard me say that the first bulletin, the first notice, of indictments being a reality in the leak case will be headlines smearing Fitzgerald. Well, here it is (New York Daily News). How slimy does it have to be in order to be a smear? Try this:

“He’s a vile, detestable, moralistic person with no heart and no conscience who believes he’s been tapped by God to do very important things,” one White House ally said, referring to special counsel Patrick Fitzgerald.

For those of you who can stand sludge of Drudge, just kept checking there until the anti-Fitzgerald slime is the top headline, then you’ll know it’s time to turn on the TV and watch the frog marches begin.
