Raw Story appears to get some sort of exclusive communiqué from Kerry? Yesterday on Face the Nation he was asked about replacing Rumsfeld with Lieberman, and about rumors to that effect. Is Kerry privately aware that Rumsfeld is out, and just trying to take credit for pressuring the change? What is going on here?
