Ranking Democrat Covered Himself

Take a look at this letter – it can no longer be claimed that Democrats knew and approved at any level of what Bush was doing. Secrecy rules required Rockefeller not to speak up about all of this (he should have anyway in my opinion). so he wrote this letter and cleverly protected it to save his skin.
