Alito Defended Illegal Watergate-era Domestic Wiretapping

That was committed by Watergate Felon John Mitchell, the first Attorney General of the United States to go to prison. Sure, Alito says, you can trust John Mitchell with illegal power to wiretap Americans. Is this another massive mistake by Bush? I don’t think so; I think this is why Alito was chosen in the first place.
