GOP House Report Condemns Bush, Chertoff on Katrina

This is a report from the House committee that was boycotted by Democrats because a whitewash was feared; the GOP leader (DeLay) wouldn’t allow it to be bipartisan in structure. Now the 11 Republicans have surprised everyone by unanimously condemning the lack of response by Chertoff and Bush, which in general is right on the money if you ask me. The details are scathing and appalling.
