Bush Skipped Mandatory 45-Day Review of Port Deal

The law requires a committee called CFIUS to review any such transaction for 45 days, but Treasury Secretary Snow, who is receiving millions of dollars in pension from the same UAE company (they bought CSX railroad, which he used to run), never did the review. Meanwhile, someone has been rushed out to say that he forgot to do his job on the ports???
