Just another Day in Iraq?

Take a look at what they buried behind the “Gipper” garbage. Literally during the D-Day ceremony, hundreds more prisoners were released from Abu Ghraib (strangely in spite of the cries of right-wing radio hosts to either turn up the voltage or in Michael Savage’s case, “kill them all.”). In the afternoon this scene in Iraq from the story linked above:

“The attack at the police station in Mussayab, south of Baghdad, began when approximately 10 men in Iraqi police uniforms entered the station and then forced the local police officers into their own cells. Then the insurgents wired the station with explosives and apparently set them off when others arrived and attempted to free the police.”

In addition 7 US soldiers and 4 mercenaries were confirmed killed over the weekend in various attacks. Yes sir, one day closer to Freedom and Democracy in Iraq.
