So Gonzales’ desperate fabrications force them to admit that Bush’s domestic spying consists of much more than the (indisputably illegal) “Terrorist Surveillance Program.” And they also were forced to confirm unequivocally that “Terrorist Surveillance Program” is a name that they fabricated out of whole cloth in 2006 after the “broader” and actual “program,” all resulting from one Bush Executive Order, was exposed by the New York Times in December 2005. The words “Terrorist Surveillance Program” were designed only to describe one facet of what Bush ordered, they now admit under pressure, which leads me to this conclusion:
The phrase “Terrorist Surveillance Program” itself is now part of a discredited hoax, and should be retired forever.
