Remember for example that he met personally with McNulty to “prep” McNulty the day before McNulty’s false congressional testimony. What was McNulty “prepped” to do? Respond to any question about Rove by saying he was not involved. And what’s McNulty up to now? He’s been keeping his mouth shut, after announcing he would resign “at the end of the summer.”
