Narus.info has resumed posting for a very important reason: BUSH JUST VETOED HEALTH CARE FOR 4 MILLION AMERICAN KIDS. Most of us will be going to work tomorrow, and I think this would be a great topic for conversation. How many people do you know who ever mentioned to you, just once, that Bill Clinton lied about his sex life, whether this person was a relative or a co-worker? Seems to me it is a prime time to tell them this: You know what, Bush just vetoed health care for 4 million American kids. If this makes your mom, dad, or boss uncomfortable, you might put it this way: “bushjustvetoedhealthcarefor4millionAmericankidsbushjustvetoedhealthcarefor4millionAmericankidsbushjustvetoedhealthcarefor4millionAmerican

If this seems just a bit too unsubtle for you, here are some nice examples of other subtle ways to bring it up and slip it in there:
Co-worker: How about that game Saturday?
You: “Yeah, we won! Wonder how many of the 4 MILLION AMERICAN KIDS who won’t have health care now if Bush gets his way, were watching? Wonder how many of them will be sick soon and uninsured were it not for Bush’s veto?”
For the older set:
Co-worker: I’ve been watching that Ken Burns documentary about World War II, it’s very moving.
You: “Yes, it’s interesting to wonder what those brave young men sacrificing their lives for this country would have done had they known that the BUSH FAMILY OF CONNECTICUT WOULD NOT STOP FUNDING THE NAZIS after Hitler declared WAR ON US, until Prescott Bush’s company had to be SHUT DOWN AND CHARGED WITH FUNDING THE ENEMY IN A TIME OF WAR. And as I saw the heartbreaking footage of American GIs dead bodies lying at the train station in caskets draped in American flags, it reminded me that those brave young men died for a country where PRESCOTT BUSH’S GRANDSON WOULD BE MADE PRESIDENT AND VETO THE HEALTH CARE FOR 4 MILLION AMERICAN KIDS. What a great generation.*”
If anyone actually takes any suggestion from this, It’d be nice to hear about the results in the comments.
*Except for Prescott Bush.
