Nuremberg Defense Now Available to MPs

The clincher is the new one – that Rumsfeld admitted he gave illegal orders about the treatment of a detainee, the infamous “Prisoner XXX.” No, that prisoner was not in Abu Ghraib; but NOTE the prisoner WAS held in another prison also run by the same unit the accused MPs are from, the 800th MP Brigades.
