McCain once again tries to mock Obama for advocating keeping your tires inflated, two days after McCain agreed it was a good idea to do so.  This is a double flip flop. How did the GOP ever think it was a good idea to ridicule a perfectly good idea like keeping your tires properly inflated? It’s simple, they are trying to capture the vote of those people who actually think that checking your tire pressure is a stupid thing to do. Is that a significant number of people? Count the number of monstrously gas-guzzling SUVs newer than 2003 on the road the next time you get in your car, and ponder how stupid it was to buy a gas guzzler during a war over oil.
