Prediction on McCain Speech

McCain will go much farther than before in declaring “victory” in Iraq, and describe the grand cause essentially in the past tense. He’ll shift to saying that the war is a non-issue, rather than something to “save” from the evil Obama’s Plans to Lose.  By the way press releases from the Convention trumpet that McCain will accept the nomination “at 9:11 P.M.”
