CNN Invents New Polling Terminology To Help McCain

In CNN/TIME’s new poll, 49% of Florida voters polled chose Obama, 46% chose McCain, and 5% were “unsure.” Think about that, let it settle down into your mind. CNN is trying to tell you that “unSURE” is a better description than “haven’t decided yet,” or “undecided,” for the Presidential race. Why would they use the new word “unsure” instead?

This man is exactly what the McCain campaign desired. It’s just that the candidate (who as we know, famously “does not speak for the campaign”) just decided yesterday not to go along. “Who is the REAL Barack Obama?” he shouts from stages across the land, and it makes men like the one shown questioning McCain in this video “unsure.” McCain is trying to use fear to move people from the “certain to vote Obama” category to the state of being “unsure” about their vote. CNN helpfully tells you that those UNDECIDED are just like this “nice family man.” Unsure.
