Dan Boren Disgraces Oklahoma Again

A family tradition. As soon as Bill Clinton took office, in 1993, the first Democratic Senator to criticize the new President was Oklahoma’s US Senator David Boren, who was very angry about a draft proposal for an “energy tax” which by the way would have been good for fighting global warming and foreign oil dependence. The very first Democratic House member to attack Bill Clinton at the same time was Dave McCurdy, the Congressman for my district.
