“Independent” commision exposed as a hoax

Just in time for April Fool’s day comes news that sounds like a joke. Bush’s White House lawyer directly called two people on the 9-11 commission right before these same two panelists started questioning Clarke’s integrity, using classified documents. I guess we now know where the classified documents to attempt impeaching Clarke’s consistency came from. The joke? Bush has turned this “Independent Commission” into one. If Nixon’s second White House lawyer had been calling GOP members of the Watergate Congressional committees, just before Dean’s testimony, it would have gone down in history as another part of the Watergate Cover-Up.
