Racist politics, served straight-up and plain. The Federal ripoff of black farmers, in financial terms, dwarfs even the Tuskegee Experiment and extends to a much more recent date. Thousands of family farms were destroyed on the basis of the color of the farmer’s skin. It’s nearly unbelievable that anyone would make such a blatantly racist move as to criticize the totally inadequate compensation after the fact of losing your family farm simply because you were farming while black.
