What exactly is the intended message here?  I will translate.  “Obama” is cracking the whip on his “White” victim, a “future taxpayer,” who is forced to “pull” the huge loaded down wagon (ignore the giant, fuel-wasting pickup truck made by an American company that would be defunct, losing thousands of jobs, if not for Obama’s actions as President).  In the wagon are two people in front flamboyantly dressed as rich types, followed by a bunch of old and infirm looking people, some of them obese.  Why are they a burden?  Obama gave them “health care” on the backs of the “future taxpayer.”  This is confirmed by the signs they are carrying (which just say “Obama Care,” not phrases like “down with Obama care.”)  The great sin of “slavedriver” Obama (besides being black and sadistic to whites) is not that he is providing an “AIG bailout” (although he is still blamed besides the fact Bush bailed out AIG) to the rich, but that he’s giving health care to old and weak people, which is unacceptable. The majority of the people in that trailer are already on Social Security and Medicare, it’s obvious by their ages.

And now the story is that there was a cover-up involving Members of the UK Parliament who may have been either blackmailed or too intimidated to take action.  Scotland Yard is also accused of involvement in the cover-up.
