BP’s limited and mostly useless live video feed of their exploded well will be shut off in an hour or two. If it ever returns at all, it will by then be a shot of their “top hat” covering device, thus obscuring the destruction they are about to wreak today on the blowout preveneter. Had the planned and prepared testing been done, the explosion and disaster, which killed 11 workers and threatens the entire Gulf of Mexico, could have been entirely avoided.
