This is Shepard Smith on some sort of Faux News webcast today. You might recall that this is the same Fox guy who went repeatedly to the New Orleans Convention Center when people were stranded there during Katrina and highlighted the horrible conditions, demanding that someone from the Bush administration do something about it.
