“Terror Threat” and finance markets

Now they are in really, really shaky territory with these “terror threats” on financial districts if they do not pan out. I believe this is a “dry run” in order to gauge reaction around the country to specific warnings, in order to decide whether to hold another big “threat warning” party at election time – distracts from the big Kerry bounce-and-momentum story too.
